Patch 16 - Scale-insensitive IK and better headchop


Added a half-fix for the IK Assist, to attempt to render it scale-insensitive. It mostly works… but it gets kind of stupid at large and small scales (it used to be extremely bad, so I’ll take “kind of stupid”—prior to this, I disabled IK Assist if you were at anything but default scale). I also improved head chop during See Head In Flight while I was in there, and clipped your body out of your face during OpenFlight dives, though only on the PCVR versions. They’re already pretty heavy on Quest… it’s three more Local Contact components, they don’t need to be continually calculating that for a minor improvement in a context in which they’d already be lagging AND when the Quest ones are much easier to see through, without fur shells and feather cards.
