ADDITIONAL WARNING: The UVs are not the only difference between the OLD_UVs and NEW_UVs packages...
The old package uses VRLabs' old Particle Driver prefab for a couple things, has NO physbones by default, and cannot be picked up. It has spam-jump collider flight. And while their UVs may suck... these gryphons come in more colors!
The new package uses physbones for MANY things, including allowing others to pick your quad form up. It has lookaround collider flight. The ingame radial menu is also a little different, as is the MMD wing behavior (quad swaps between wings-open and wings-folded while dancing in MMD worlds, instead of wings-open and wings-inverted like before).

These are FULL-BODY COMPATIBLE Medium-performance quadrupedal gryphon avatar bases for VRChat (plus bonus gryfalcon)! Wearable animation rigs; via the magic of rotation and aim constraints, will do a credible gryphonic impression of ANYTHING YOU DO (or any Humanoid animation--fully compatible with MMD worlds!). Purchase this to learn my quad rigging secrets if I haven't talked your ear off about them already, eyes looking emoji.

Comes with a selection of onboard Mixamo dances, four facial expressions, CATS visemes, basic MMD blendshapes, a toggle to switch between big quadrupedal and smaller bipedal forms, and retractable claws! Also an avatar station on your back, set up with Splinks' fixed chair controller and a custom pose so you can take others for rides.

Not ONLY can you sit, BUT ALSO you can fly, AND pick up your forefeet and puppet them on gesture... AND turn all the way around, AND fold your wings, AND turn invisible, AND switch between eagle talons and lion forepaws, AND your hind legs swap gaits automatically to keep from crossing!

!!!COLORS MUST BE CHANGED BY SWAPPING THE ALBEDOS OF THE EXISTING MATERIALS!!! The shapeswitch and colorswap functions run off of material swap animations--materials dragged onto the gryphons like normal will be overwritten.

UPDATE! NEW UVs!

The "TwoHeartedGryphons_2022_OLD_UVs" unitypackage comes with the OLD UVs, and will remain available forever at the old price. The +$10 Dynamics Update  "TwoHeartedGryphons_2022_NEW_UVs" package... comes with (besides various Dynamics shenanigans :D) ALL NEW WAY BETTER UVs! Quads and bipeds still share the same texture space, now with less warping!! Plus an all-new normal map, and detail masks/artist's assets picking out the upgraded fur and feathers! 

Past retextures are NOT compatible, sorry. :(

.blend files are included, but beware: THESE MODELS WERE UNWRAPPED BY AN IDIOT (my past self). However! All the big quads and little bipeds share UVs! Make a retexture for one, and it will be (with some warping) immediately compatible with every single other included type of gryphon!

If you have a simple retexture in mind you'd like to coordinate with the existing smooth/metallic layer, consider using the pelt off the white variant as a multiply layer to add a hint of feathers to your pattern! Alternatively, most of the included textures were made in Krita by using a third bold pattern as a "transparency mask" between, for example, the included basic black and white textures.

This avatar in its current, actually-good form would not have been possible without my mom, but also VRLabs, whose Damping Constraints and Particle Driver prefabs allowed me to take this from a party trick to a full-fledged, simply working, Don't Even Worry About It You Are Just A Gryphon Now experience.
